Responsibilities:
- Manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and leverage industry best practices to identify and address complex technology issues.
- Codify learnings from projects to strengthen the firm’s knowledge base and share insights with your teams.
- Foster a personal development journey through formal training programs and mentorship from inspiring partners.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 4+ years of business experience with a track record of achievements and a proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
- Experience in Financial Services in areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
- Background in technology and digital advisory, including IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or data transformation.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations in financial services.
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies that align with clients' strategic goals and drive digital innovation.
- Experience managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects.
- Proven experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management.
- Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a strong client service commitment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom.
