This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design and ensure full multidisciplinary integration across structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure.
- Act as the primary coordination interface, resolving clashes early and aligning all design outputs.
- Manage consultant engagement, ensuring compliance with briefs, SOWs, standards, and technical requirements.
- Implement design governance, including change control and structured coordination reviews.
- Review multidisciplinary submissions to ensure completeness, coordination, and buildability.
- Lead design coordination meetings, tracking actions and resolving interface issues.
- Align design solutions with budgets, value targets, and construction practicality.
- Monitor consultant performance and support procurement, tender evaluations, and contract management.
Requirements
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related design discipline (or equivalent qualification).
- Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in leading multidisciplinary design coordination on large, complex projects.
