As a Senior Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing business development and management strategies, ensuring the delivery of agreed outcomes within defined time, cost, and quality parameters. You will be responsible for achieving project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing leadership and support to the project team. Additionally, you will ensure internal fee targets are met through effective risk mitigation and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of exclusive 3D content for projects.
- Manage the Virtual City product lifecycle and provide 3D support.
- Oversee Arch-Viz environment and XR studio operations.
- Handle digital information processing and quality review.
- Evaluate new opportunities and market trends to support growth.
- Prepare financial appraisals, cost plans, and cash flow models.
- Assist in sourcing funding and conducting due diligence for acquisitions.
- Manage development budgets and ensure projects meet time and cost targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams across all project phases.
- Lead leasing, pre-let, and disposal strategies in collaboration with business units.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and account management.
- Promote high standards of health, safety, and well-being.
- Lead and manage teams to achieve project goals and KPIs.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and technical development.
- Contribute to net-zero carbon goals by managing emissions and reductions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership and initiative in team settings.
- Professional qualification (e.g., RICS, APM) or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with developers, advisors, or landowners.
- Solid understanding of project management and construction processes.
- Familiarity with finance documents and mezzanine funding.
- Knowledge of operations and service delivery.
- Committed to health, safety, and well-being standards.
- Eligible for a Saudi Arabia visa, with experience on high-value consultancy projects.
