As a Senior Development Manager, you will support development management activities led by the Development Director and the team on Real Estate and Trojena projects. The role involves assisting with the creation of development strategies and managing various project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing strategies for the project, including the business and investment case for megaproject components.
- Coordinate design, project development, delivery, and asset management activities in line with the development strategy.
- Maintain the project development schedule and ensure alignment with feasibility and strategy.
- Report on project status and stakeholder engagement, ensuring feedback is integrated into planning processes.
- Collaborate with construction professionals on design and development strategy during various project phases.
- Embrace and promote NEOM’s culture and values, upholding ethical work practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development or related fields, specifically in international megaprojects.
- Strong design experience and familiarity with internationally recognized architects.
- Proficient in software platforms such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Sketchup, SAP, and Aconex.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
- A Master’s Degree in Business or a related area is preferred.
- Architecture or Engineering licensure and/or investment analysis certification is advantageous.
Language Requirements:
Effective communication skills in a diverse work environment are essential.
