Senior Development Manager

The Senior Development Manager - Sitewide Systems Infrastructure will manage projects within the Sitewide Development organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing project objectives, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and maintaining compliance with policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of project designs and strategies.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to align interests with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project management, construction planning, and compliance.
• Document project creation, development, and execution comprehensively.
• Facilitate procurement and contract management tasks.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in project management or development management roles, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication skills with a high standard of English (oral and written).
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies, planning processes, and project delivery from inception to handover.
• Experience with complex development projects valued at $1 billion and above preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
• Professional registration or accreditation (e.g., PMP, MACCE, MIED) is desirable.

Language Requirements:

• Proficient in English (oral and written).
