The company, a leader in AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, provision, and manage scalable infrastructure, applications, and automation capabilities across a range of projects and platforms. The role will involve close collaboration with engineering, security, and operations teams to enable safe and efficient application delivery while improving system reliability, performance, and operational maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor DevOps engineers and contribute to strategic initiatives, technical planning, architecture decisions, and technology roadmaps.
- Partner with software and platform engineering teams to design technology stacks and enable secure, efficient application deployment.
- Design and manage scalable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent technologies.
- Build and maintain reliable end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using GitLab CI/CD or comparable platforms.
- Evaluate delivery processes, service maturity, and performance indicators; identify gaps and implement actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Security teams to strengthen infrastructure and application protection against cybersecurity threats.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Work with process and operations teams to standardize working practices and improve cross-team delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technology field.
- At least five years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience within Linux-based environments.
- Strong cloud experience across Azure and AWS; professional-level certifications are highly desirable.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Ansible, or comparable tools.
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
- Advanced programming and scripting skills using Python, Go, and/or Bash.
- Advanced experience with container technologies and Kubernetes.
- Experience with modern monitoring and logging tools such as Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, networking protocols, databases, high availability, performance tuning, messaging platforms, and caching systems.
- Effective communication, adaptability, and an Agile mindset, with experience leading initiatives and mentoring engineers.
