We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, provision, and manage scalable infrastructure, applications, and automation capabilities across a range of projects and platforms. The role involves working closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient application delivery while improving system reliability, performance, and operational maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor DevOps engineers and support strategic initiatives, technical planning, architecture decisions, and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with software and platform engineering teams to design technology stacks and enable secure application deployment.
- Manage scalable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent technologies.
- Build and maintain reliable end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using GitLab CI/CD or comparable platforms.
- Evaluate delivery processes, service maturity, and performance indicators, implementing necessary improvements.
- Work with Security teams to enhance infrastructure and application protection against cybersecurity threats.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with process and operations teams to standardize practices and improve cross-team efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in Linux-based environments.
- Strong cloud experience across Azure and AWS; professional-level certifications are preferred.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
- Advanced programming and scripting skills in Python, Go, and/or Bash.
- Extensive experience with container technologies and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with modern monitoring and logging tools such as Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, networking protocols, databases, high availability, and performance tuning.
- Effective communication, adaptability, and an Agile mindset, with experience in leading initiatives and mentoring engineers.
