We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. EPAM is renowned for delivering cutting-edge technological solutions to transform businesses worldwide. Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage containerized applications using OpenShift (preferred) or Kubernetes
  • Develop and optimize Dockerfiles for application deployments
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins to enable reliable and automated delivery
  • Perform Linux system administration tasks to support application environments
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and integration issues, applying programming knowledge where needed
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational stability of applications
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, tools, and automation processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional DevOps engineering experience required
  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift (preferred) or Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining Dockerfiles
  • Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins
  • Good understanding of Linux system administration
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug issues across environments
  • Programming knowledge in Python and exposure to React (preferred)
  • Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
  • An academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Previous working experience on large-scale enterprise projects (energy or Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Knowledge of security best practices for DevOps pipelines
