This position involves building a distributed system that allows engineering teams to deploy our platform in multiple geographies across various deployment solutions. You will work closely with functional heads within software, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable and customizable release pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Design and automate CI/CD pipelines for microservices architecture.
- Build and enhance monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for multi-region deployments.
- Optimize system performance and resolve production issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Contribute to security hardening and compliance implementations.
- Create automation scripts to reduce manual operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Kubernetes cluster management and Helm
- Docker containerization
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Configuration management (Ansible/Chef or similar)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Cloud platforms (OCI primary, AWS/GCP experience valuable)
- Linux systems administration
- Scripting in shell + Python, Go, or Java
- Solid experience with:
- Database operations (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Network protocols and security
- Log management and analysis.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services or fintech.
- Multi-cloud deployment experience.
- Knowledge of security best practices.
- Familiarity with CloudFlare.
- Performance tuning experience.
