As a Senior DevOps Engineer within our Cloud Management Platform (CMP) team in Saudi Arabia, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing intricate DevOps pipelines for a key client. Your expertise will ensure the resilience and security of networking protocols and infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage robust DevOps pipelines utilizing tools like GitLab, CircleCI, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools, optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Integrate with Airflow (events, callbacks, webhooks) and authentication/authorization frameworks (OIDC/JWT).
- Examine technical prerequisites for Kubernetes deployments among prospective clients.
- Develop and deploy Kubernetes solutions tailored to meet customer demands.
- Lead the deployment and day-to-day functioning of microservices solutions.
- Provide active support and management for customer environments, guaranteeing reliability and optimal performance.
- Oversee and optimize the CMP infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate across teams, providing expert insights for issue resolution and enhancing deployment strategies.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a DevOps position.
- Deep and advanced proficiency in Python (must).
- Hands-on experience with Airflow (must).
- Experience with other DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform (preferred).
- Proficient in deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services and platforms, such as OpenStack and VMware (preferred).
- Demonstrates familiarity with various container orchestration platforms.
- Expertise in managing and integrating DevOps tools, including GitLab, CircleCI, and SonarQube.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
