We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement DevOps processes aimed at improving the delivery of software releases and supporting Oracle Middleware and ELK stack infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other tools, managing and automating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, and applying GitOps principles for deployment automation and environment consistency.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in DevSecOps best practices by integrating security into the development pipeline (SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, etc.).
- Provisioning and managing containerized workloads using Red Hat OpenShift or similar platforms.
- Collaborating with development, data science, and QA teams to support MLOps workflows, including model packaging, deployment, and monitoring.
- Monitoring systems, automating health checks, and implementing proactive alerting and remediation strategies.
- Optimizing cost, performance, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
- Maintaining documentation, diagrams, and operational playbooks for all DevOps tools and processes.
Location: Sharjah, Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract, Duration: 12 months (extendable), Budget: Up to 18,000-19,000 AED/month, Notice Period: Immediate joiners or max 30 days preferred
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in a Senior DevOps Engineer or related role.
- Experience with Oracle Middleware and ELK stack technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Git-based workflows.
- Practical understanding and implementation of GitOps workflows.
- Experience working with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar).
