The Opportunity:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate systems. Your role will involve automating and streamlining operations and processes, along with building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop a talented and motivated team of engineers, emphasizing ownership and impact.
- Maintain a scalable and robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) framework.
- Track issues in the ticket management system and coordinate with engineers and QA for timely resolution and deployment of fixes.
- Maintain deployment-specific support documentation.
- Share knowledge of best practices for IT operations in a continuously available service environment.
- Transform ambiguity into clarity in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance Management policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience in developing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience in building health and performance monitoring systems.
- Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Docker and Container Orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Proficiency in scripting and Git workflows.
- Strong experience with SQL and MySQL.
- Experience deploying, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting Java applications.
- Hands-on experience with GPU workloads, model deployment, inference serving, resource scheduling, performance monitoring, and GPU utilization optimization.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID/OpenID-Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos, LDAP.
- Experience with the RedHat OpenShift stack.
- A highly detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
