Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain digital solutions on the client’s platform.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to enhance integration between Development and Operations.
- Conduct continuous improvements of systems using CI/CD pipelines and automate security testing at scale.
- Identify and recommend technical solutions for enhancing project delivery and customer experience.
- Facilitate expert training sessions and knowledge sharing with clients and team members.
- Co-create runbooks and playbooks for product and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with several years of experience in agile development and delivery projects.
- Experience within IT and OT architecture is advantageous.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively at both high and detailed levels.
- Technical skills in: Openstack, AWS, Google Cloud, Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), SQL, noSQL databases, data visualization (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus), coding and scripting (Gitlab, Bash, Ruby, Node.js), Gitlab pipelines (CI/CD flow, Helm chart, GitOps), and system automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Extensive experience in Linux system administration.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
