This opportunity involves participation in a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. The program consists of over 200 projects, including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities. The company is currently providing program management services and is seeking high-caliber experienced individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tools for data collection, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate and distribute regular and ad-hoc project reports.
- Ensure quality and consistency in reporting processes and automation.
- Support continuous improvement and identify system/process enhancements.
- Apply expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, PowerBI, and PMIS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, respond to requests, and manage risks.
- Demonstrate strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
- Promote safety, integrity, and team culture while driving project controls excellence.
Qualifications:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programs for a project management consultancy, required for immigration and client approval.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Digital Development.
