Senior Digital Engineering and BIM Manager

Mace has been appointed to partner on a new portfolio of work within the events industry in Saudi Arabia, focusing on developing innovative venues for hosting world-class events in culture, entertainment, and sports.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a leading advocate for Mace's value of safety, ensuring adherence to exceptional safety, quality, cost, program, sustainability, and compliance standards.
• Manage project delivery and key assignments, providing strategic direction and monitoring progress in line with business objectives.
• Generate and manage contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders and support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop a BIM execution plan (BEP) and the client's digital handover strategy while ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Conduct interviews to assess potential candidates for BIM roles and develop an object library in line with BIM strategy.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure procedural compliance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead trainings and knowledge sharing sessions on BIM-related topics.

Qualifications:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Necessary visa documentation and relevant experience in high-valued projects for project management consultancy are required.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations is essential.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is expected; additional languages may be advantageous due to the diverse work environment.
