Responsibilities:
- Lead information management across project teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and standards.
- Develop and manage BIM processes, including BEPs, digital handover strategies, and ISO 19650 compliance.
- Support project lifecycle delivery, assessing resources and ensuring digital workflows meet project goals.
- Produce and assure information models, including object libraries and pre-RIBA Stage 3 deliverables.
- Implement governance and security protocols, ensuring safe and compliant data handling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing training, conducting interviews, and supporting recruitment for BIM roles.
- Monitor digital handover, ensuring completion and quality of final deliverables.
- Research and apply emerging technologies, improving BIM processes and Autodesk platform usage.
- Support cost and sequencing strategies, integrating information models with construction and cost planning.
- Drive sustainability and net zero goals, embedding carbon management into digital delivery.
Requirements:
- Level 6 or equivalent (e.g., BSc/BA Hons, Graduate Diploma/Certificate, Level 6 NVQ).
- Extensive experience in BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), digital construction standards, and project delivery frameworks.
