Senior Digital Engineering and BIM Manager

The company combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, which consists of a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure. The company is seeking high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead information management across project teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and standards.
• Develop and manage BIM processes, including BEPs, digital handover strategies, and ISO 19650 compliance.
• Support project lifecycle delivery, assessing resources and ensuring digital workflows meet project goals.
• Produce and assure information models, including object libraries and pre-RIBA Stage 3 deliverables.
• Implement governance and security protocols, ensuring safe and compliant data handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing training, conducting interviews, and supporting recruitment for BIM roles.
• Monitor digital handover, ensuring completion and quality of final deliverables.
• Research and apply emerging technologies, improving BIM processes and Autodesk platform usage.
• Support cost and sequencing strategies, integrating information models with construction and cost planning.
• Drive sustainability and net zero goals, embedding carbon management into digital delivery.

Requirements:

• Level 6 or equivalent (e.g., BSc/BA Hons, Graduate Diploma/Certificate, Level 6 NVQ).
• Extensive experience in BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks), digital construction standards, and project delivery frameworks.
