Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements over time.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and market research to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements.
- Work closely with the Design team to ensure user journey factors are competitive in the market.
- Lead squad ceremonies and ensure a thorough understanding of the requirements by all team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and Project Managers to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, including setting release goals and timelines.
- Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance the journey.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the product's success.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the product's progress and any changes in strategy or priorities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of total experience including 7+ years of experience in product development and digital banking deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and data-driven product decision-making.
- Experience in launching a product and managing a live product.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
