AI Commercial Team (AIC):
The AI Commercial team, part of the newly founded Enterprise AI team (EAI), delivers AI strategy and coordinated commercial programs in collaboration with business teams and enterprise teams. They lead initiatives aimed at delivering transformative commercial value and ensuring the effective delivery of lifesaving medicines to patients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategy and Portfolio Ownership: Manage new AI Commercial programs in partnership with business teams and serve as the single point of contact for AI capabilities for the Region.
- Translation of Needs into AI Use Cases: Engage with stakeholders to identify unmet needs, translate them into AI use cases, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Delivery, Scale, Adoption, and Value Tracking: Co-lead solution delivery and oversee lifecycle management, ensuring that appropriate frameworks are applied for measuring outcomes.
- Change Management and Governance: Embed AI into operations, support AI literacy, and ensure data compliance with standards and regulations.
- Partnership and Ecosystem Development: Collaborate closely with Commercial AI and Global Business Services teams to ensure details from inception to delivery and scaling are clear.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience leading transformation programs in commercial pharma.
- Demonstrated understanding of the commercial and scientific needs of the business function.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations.
- Effective interpersonal skills to build trust and manage relationships.
- Resourceful and motivated, with strong initiative and organizational skills.
- Financial acumen, including understanding of budgets and forecasts.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (MBA, Masters, MD, or PhD preferred).
- Experience in leading strategic partnerships and managing alliances.
- Ability to translate business needs into coordinated proposals for cross-functional leadership.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to the International region are advantageous.
