Your responsibilities will include acting as the embedded translator between regional business leaders and our AI organization, owning the lifecycle of high-impact AI solutions—from idea to adoption to value realization. You will collaborate with regional leadership, partner with enterprise AI and technology teams, and lead the development of AI programs that drive next-best engagement, dynamic insights, and agentic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Transform the international go-to-market model across personal and non-personal channels to improve effectiveness, drive personalization, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Strategy and Portfolio Ownership: Own the regional portfolio of AI commercial programs, creating a clear roadmap aligned to business priorities, developing business cases, and embedding reuse principles to scale successful initiatives.
  • Use Case Translation: Engage senior stakeholders to identify unmet needs and decision points, translating these into well-scoped AI use cases with clear problem statements and success metrics.
  • Delivery, Scale and Value Realization: Co-lead solution delivery, manage deployments, track KPIs, and apply evidence frameworks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Change Leadership and Ways of Working: Embed AI into day-to-day operations and lead stakeholder engagement to implement necessary process and role changes.
  • Data, Governance and Compliance: Ensure AI readiness and compliance with enterprise standards and local regulations.
  • Partnerships and Ecosystem: Collaborate with AI and Global Business Services teams to establish clear remits and build a delivery culture focused on shared purpose and accountability.
  • Market Sensing and Foresight: Monitor market trends and innovation shifts to anticipate opportunities and risks.
  • Near-term to Broader Impact: In the initial 90 days, assess demand, set the roadmap, and launch priority pilots; scale adoption within 6–12 months to demonstrate ROI over time.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5-7 years focused on leading transformation programs in commercial pharma.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Effective relationship management skills with a consultative approach.
  • Financial background with an understanding of budgets and forecasts.
  • Resourcefulness, motivation, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning and project management tools.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Graduate degree (MBA, Masters, MD, or PhD preferred).
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
