We are seeking a senior leader to own and scale AI-driven Digital Precision Healthcare across various International markets. The focus will be on expanding beyond oncology into multiple therapy areas, translating business, medical, and market access priorities into AI-powered care pathway transformation programs. Key responsibilities will include:
- Patient Identification: Utilizing AI across EMRs, imaging archives, and pathology slides for earlier, more precise patient identification.
- Pathway Optimization: Transforming fragmented care pathways through AI to reduce diagnostic delays and improve guideline adherence.
- Diagnosis Acceleration and Biomarker Testing: Enhancing the speed and accuracy of diagnosis.
- Treatment Optimization and Decision Support: Optimizing treatment selection through data-driven insights.
- Longitudinal Patient Monitoring: Ensuring continuous patient care and monitoring.
The role involves end-to-end ownership from problem definition to deployment at scale, embedding AI solutions into healthcare workflows, and engaging with various stakeholders, including Commercial, Medical, R&D, and external partners.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Expertise in Sales and Marketing, AI, Digital, and Innovation.
- Experience in ecosystem building, digital health, and healthcare system partnerships.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities within a matrixed organization.
- Proven project management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and market access dynamics.
