Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing asset portfolio strategies.
- Monitoring financial and operational performance.
- Leading asset optimization, refinancing, acquisition, and disposition initiatives.
- Managing relationships with investors, lenders, operators, and key stakeholders.
- Overseeing risk management, compliance, and governance activities.
- Providing executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Typically 10–15+ years of experience in asset management, real estate, infrastructure, investments, or related sectors.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex portfolios.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation skills.
- Experience with portfolio optimization, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to present recommendations to executive leadership.
