Senior Director, CEMEA Acceptance Product Lead

As the Senior Director, CEMEA Acceptance Product Lead at the company, you will be responsible for executing the regional strategy for CEMEA Acceptance, considering various nuances such as payment methods and local regulations. You will collaborate with Global Acceptance Product leaders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of Acceptance Products. Additionally, you will structure solutions to address challenges faced by regional Acceptance clients and align local priorities with the company's Global Acceptance Solutions OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a multi-year strategy for CEMEA Acceptance, including delivering continuous innovation and revenue growth through both short-term opportunities and longer-term initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies based on local market needs and collaborate with key stakeholders to execute these plans effectively.
• Lead client-centric solutions by supporting selling teams in understanding client business and technical needs, and overseeing the implementation and optimization of new products.
• Manage product Acceptance initiatives and maintain a program tracker for achieving key results and addressing challenges.
• Build and lead a team of Acceptance Solutions specialists, positioning them as an indispensable resource for next-generation solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, with 8-10 years specifically in the payments industry, focusing on product strategy, development, and management.
• Proven experience in product management utilizing data and analytics to drive insights.
• Strategic thought leadership combined with the ability to execute initiatives effectively.
• Understanding of the payments landscape in CEMEA is preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
