Commercial and Corporate Banking and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) are key strategic growth areas for Visa, as it expands beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals, businesses, and governments. The Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team seeks a Senior Director to lead our CMS Advisory Practice and play a role in developing and delivering high-impact projects for Visa’s clients in CEMEA. The main objective of the role is to help deepen client relationships and optimize client performance by designing and assessing their strategy, implementing initiatives around their payments and channels, and capturing the full potential from CMS.

Principal Responsibilities/Key Results Area
- Drive the growth and scaling of the Commercial and Money Movement Practice.
- Develop and codify new advisory offerings.
- Design the appropriate go-to-market strategy.
- Identify areas of synergies and joint commercial development with Visa CMS Product and Solutions function.
- Inject GenAI knowledge and tools aimed at driving the commercial appeal of CMS advisory offerings.
- Drive thought leadership including white paper development and participation in Visa and industry events.
- Liaise with global counterparts to ensure the sharing of best practices and experiences.
- Partner with Visa Implementation Services to enrich offerings with implementation and Tech advisory services.
- Liaise with Visa Intelligence and Data Solutions team to develop data-driven CMS-related data solutions.
- Proactively engage Visa and VCA leaders in strategic and planning discussions.
- Directly support Visa’s business development and CMS teams in developing client partnership pitches and proposals.
- Lead selected CMS advisory projects, resolving complex strategic problems and managing complex project structures.
- Work closely with other VISA groups to ensure a seamless Consulting experience.
- Become a CEMEA point of reference for industry and strategic trends related to corporate banking and money movement.
- Deliver and manage a network of external Consultants for projects that require external support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 12 years of overall work experience including significant consulting experience in a top Strategy or Management Consulting Firm.
- Broad and deep expertise in strategic and management consulting focused on Commercial and Corporate banking as well as Money Movement and Remittances.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Banking or Money Movement or Payments.
- Solid consulting skills and client engagement capabilities.
- Experience across multiple CEMEA sub-regions would be a distinguishing factor.
- Strong track record of delivering complex strategy projects for large clients.
- Proficiency with Generative and Agentic AI in terms of trends and use cases.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Fluency in Arabic or Russian is a plus.
