Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the performance of software and application platforms for the organization.
- Develop and maintain organizational structures that support strategic objectives through cost-effective technology.
- Shape the technology roadmap by integrating new methodologies and staying informed about external trends.
- Implement DevOps strategies to promote continuous integration and delivery, enhancing agility and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors to understand product roadmaps and ensure readiness to leverage new capabilities.
- Lead the incorporation of AI capabilities to reimagine existing processes and manage change effectively.
- Ensure that applications are maintained on supported versions through timely upgrades.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5 years of experience in IT and/or Telecom Engineering, with 10+ years overall IT experience preferred.
- Proven track record of aligning IT with corporate strategies, particularly in the telecom sector.
- Visionary leadership abilities, strong business acumen, and solid skills in risk management and budgeting.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English is required; other language skills may be beneficial.
