The Senior Director, Global Tech Partnerships will serve as a senior strategic leader responsible for defining, scaling, and executing the company's most critical partnerships with Global Tech, Crypto, and Stablecoin players across CEMEA (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa). This role will own the partnership strategy end-to-end, with a strong focus on accelerating mobile contactless and next-generation digital payment adoption across diverse and high-growth markets.

Responsibilities
- Operating at an executive level, this position will shape long-term growth agendas, influence partner roadmaps, and drive complex, multi-year initiatives spanning market expansion, commercial negotiations, and business development.
- Define and own the company's Global Tech, Crypto and Stablecoin partnership strategy across CEMEA, aligned to regional and global priorities.
- Identify and incubate new business models, platform-led opportunities, and strategic pilots with Global Tech partners across developed and emerging CEMEA markets.
- Build and sustain C-suite and senior executive relationships with Global Tech partners, serving as the company's senior point of contact across the region.
- Lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations, including deal structuring, incentive frameworks, governance models, and long-term partnership agreements.
- Orchestrate senior cross-functional teams across product, technology, legal, risk, finance, regulatory, and marketing to deliver partnership outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12–15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, Global Tech, platform partnerships, product strategy, or business development across multiple geographies.
- Proven senior leadership experience managing complex, multi-country partnerships across diverse regulatory and market environments.
- Deep understanding of the payment’s ecosystem, mobile wallets, APIs, tokenization, and contactless technologies.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
