The team focuses on innovation across this product suite, collaborating closely with the company clients and key internal and external stakeholders. They are responsible for transitioning conventional card-based solutions to digital formats, ensuring the company products remain the leading choice for managing payments across the CEMEA (Central Europe Middle East and Africa) region.

Responsibilities
- Drive a data-driven approach toward the management of Consumer Core products, including tools, processes, rules, and operating models.
- Identify, develop, and execute strategic product initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s consumer credit portfolio in line with the company 2030 strategy.
- Lead the transition of the company’s products to digital platforms and drive best practices and market insights within the CEMEA payments industry.
- Manage a team and collaborate with various market teams to create end-to-end consumer experiences that encourage client preference for the company.
- Together with issuers, work on developing, commercializing, and launching new methods for growing the consumer unsecured credit business in CEMEA, including solutions like BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the payments industry, especially in product strategy, development, and management.
- Proven track record in using data and analytics for product management and insights.
- Established credentials in delivering innovative payment solutions and strategic thought leadership.
- Understanding of the payments landscape in the CEMEA region is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of technology payment business models and profitability drivers.
