Senior Director

About the Role
Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. You will turn the client’s high-level vision into a full implementation plan for each event cycle, covering venue footprint, infrastructure, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Head a large multidisciplinary planning team by allocating design, drafting, and F&B planning work, ensuring delivery remains on track, and acting as the client’s single point of accountability for performance and output.
• Develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys personally, rather than just overseeing them.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmark against comparable global events to shape the optimal solution for each site.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership by integrating requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations into one coherent site plan.

Requirements

• Senior Director grade, with a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience.
• At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale (mega-event, multi-venue, mega sporting event).
• Experience in personally producing venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
• Proven capability in stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players.
