Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to Senior Product Managers and Lead Product Managers
• Develop and implement data-driven supply planning strategies
• Lead the development of scalable pooling models for optimized deliveries
• Design and deploy real-time fulfillment monitoring systems
• Enhance captain experience through strategic supply positioning

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, operations, or logistics
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and customer-centric innovation
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
