Requirements
- Significant experience leading enterprise software Professional Services delivery
- Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, revenue ownership, and margin management
- Experience managing distributed, multi-country teams
- Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements and executive escalations
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Delivery, and Technical Practices
- Experience driving operational improvements and delivery governance
- PMP or equivalent project management expertise is beneficial but not mandatory
- Most importantly, you are a people-centered leader who can balance execution discipline with strategic vision.
