Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and control of project documentation.
- Ensure that all project documentation is properly organized, retained, and accessible to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish document control processes and guidelines.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system for project documents.
- Utilize Aconex and MS Office tools for documentation management and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on documentation status and issues.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Proven experience within EPC environments.
- Hands-on experience with ADNOC projects, particularly involving onshore/offshore gas processing plants and pipelines.
- Proficient in using Aconex and MS Office tools.
- At least 5 years of experience working on both onshore and offshore projects.
- Bachelor's Degree is a mandatory requirement.
