Responsibilities include:
- Translating complex business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) aimed at quickly driving business value.
- Overseeing system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, go-live, and post-go-live support for implementations.
- Ensuring high-quality solution delivery through adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Supporting integration efforts between D365 and other enterprise systems using various tools.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants while maintaining alignment with architectural standards.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation including solution design and user manuals.
- Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and delivering consistent value.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of team practices.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or earlier) and D365 Finance implementations.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Intercompany, Consolidations, and Management Reporting.
- Proven experience in leading full life-cycle implementations, including data migration and integrations.
- Solid understanding of GAAP, global taxation rules, and financial consolidation practices.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting functional documentation and business process flows.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of articulating solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working with international clients (MEA) is preferred.
