About the Job:
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time on-site position involves programming and developing MS CRM-based enterprise applications. Candidates should have experience in Retail Customer Relationship Management, including various modules such as Master Data Management, Complaint Management, Contact Centre, and Loan Origination. Banking experience is a plus.

Job Description:

• Experience in MS CRM-based enterprise applications programming and development.
• Experience in Retail Customer Relationship Management, including modules such as Master Data Management, Complaint Management, Contact Centre, 360 View, Loan Origination for Credit Card and Finance, Reports, Initial Public Offering, Lead Management, Sales Targets and Incentive, and Document Management.
• Banking experience will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills Required:

• MS Dynamics CRM 2011, C#, JavaScript, SSIS, SSRS, PowerShell basics.
• Architecture awareness on OData, SOAP Services, Linked servers, ETL Packages.
• Tools and IDE: Visual Studio 2016, MS Dynamics CRM 2011, SSMS 2008, Report Builder 2008.
