What You'll Do:
As a Senior Electronics Lab Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic production jigs and equipment.
- Assembling, programming, and testing devices, including soldering/desoldering and harness assembly.
- Loading firmware and running devices through test procedures to validate compliance ahead of network certification.
- Documenting device details, procedures, best practices, templates, and tools for the wider team.
- Providing expert subject matter guidance, mentoring and training new team members, and supporting automation initiatives.
- Supporting global strategic initiatives across the Test and Automation function.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting, with strong troubleshooting techniques.
- The ability to read technical drawings and schematics, with manual dexterity and comfort using test measuring tools.
- A Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- IPC Certification (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/IPC-7721, IPC J-STD-001) is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort with Google Suite.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable operating in a flat organization.

Salary:
The annual hiring range for this position is 250,000 د.إ—360,000 د.إ AED. The actual base salary may vary based on skills, qualifications, education, and overall experience, including the location while performing the job. All employment offers are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work and successful completion of a background check.
