At Parsons Corporation, we’re currently looking for a Senior EUC Support Professional for our prestigious project in Tabuk, KSA. You will independently provide advanced, specialized support and administration services for various systems supporting the NEOM THE LINE, ensuring the systems function efficiently. This includes managing Digital Systems, Project Controls, and Document Controls. As the single point of success for end-user access control, you will work to provide evidence of the confidentiality, integrity, and security of our core business systems. Location: Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Maintain specialized knowledge of applications used on the project including ACC, CADC, CDE, GIS, ProjectWise, Revizto, and Revit. - Provide support in licensing, administration, and maintenance of applications. - Ensure operability and interoperability of systems through technical oversight. - Develop complex workflows for application usage to meet project collaboration and work-sharing requirements. - Identify and resolve issues related to system maintenance. - Collaborate with business function teams and vendors for configuration, setup, and troubleshooting. Qualifications: - University degree in Information Technology or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in the IT Industry in an end-user support role. - ITIL Foundation v3/4 certification is required. - Understanding of the AEC industry and business processes is preferable. - Administrative certifications in specific systems are a plus. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal skills. Language Requirements: - Proficiency in written and oral communication, including the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
