Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects independently and as part of larger teams.
- Own work streams end to end, starting from customer requirements to solution delivery.
- Lead teams through project delivery while managing customer expectations and proactively handling risks.
- Follow an effective governance structure to ensure delivery aligns with customer business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customer counterparts.
- Drive customer satisfaction in all engagements.
- Embrace and apply company Leadership Principles, engage with other teams for knowledge sharing, and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- This role is customer-facing; travel to client locations may be required for project delivery.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.
- 7+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as the company or equivalent.
- Experience in enterprise IT, as a vendor, consultant, or in managing technical programs.
- 7+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certifications).
- Company certification.
- Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and various IT and business lines.
- 5+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
