Senior Engineer - Antenna Systems Design (Communication)

Key Accountabilities:

• Define antenna architectures for Wireless Data Links and small Radar Systems.
• Design, develop, and implement new communication and electronic subsystems related to antennas and antenna systems.
• Define and design antenna measurement systems and setups.
• Participate in field tests for systems and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware designs on installed platforms.
• Write technical reports and stay updated on relevant technology developments.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify defects and propose viable solutions.
• Recommend design modifications and equipment updates.
• Maintain knowledge of electro-optical communication system front-ends.

Knowledge/Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communication, Electronic, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in antenna system design.
• Experience with high-frequency simulation tools and antennas for avionics.
• Familiarity with antenna array systems, beam-forming, and direction finding.
• Experience with antenna measurement and characterization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
