What You’ll Deliver
- Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for HVAC systems, including chillers, hydraulic networks, pumping systems, and BMS Systems.
- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
- Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and manage asset lifecycles effectively.
- Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of equipment criticality and risk-based maintenance approaches, such as FMECA and REM; proficiency in root cause analysis.
- Experience and knowledge across all HVAC-related systems and asset classes.
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
- Proficient in utilizing reliability tools and software systems.
