Responsibilities
You will:
- Install, configure, and test systems; document results.
- Apply troubleshooting methods, diagnostics, and perform parts replacement.
- Prepare reports for decision reviews; archive case artifacts in the repository.
- Participate in technical reviews and incorporate feedback.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in field service practices; working knowledge of networking/OS/hardware.
- Understanding of safety procedures and ESD standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and case hygiene (naming, links, formats).
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across partners.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
- OEM product certifications; CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent.
