Responsibilities:
- Develop, propose, and implement predictive maintenance solutions that significantly affect customers and the services business, ensuring alignment with the Services Technology strategy.
- Utilize advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to produce innovative solutions that improve predictive maintenance capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Interact with customers to gain insights into their needs and challenges, facilitating collaboration for co-created solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited university.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in fleet management and reliability for commercial engines or in applied data science and machine learning.
- Proven experience in data analysis, including exploratory data analysis and model validation.
- Strong project leadership skills and the ability to influence across various functions.
- Customer-focused mindset combined with strong business acumen and cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in airline maintenance or field service engineering with LEAP or other CFM/GE Aerospace engine product lines.
- Design experience and knowledge of engine field behavior and degradation mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R, along with familiarity with data management and visualization tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills with track records of on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
