We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and enhancing our Frontend applications. You will leverage your strong background in backend development and web technology to build and maintain sophisticated backend APIs and services. Your contributions will help deliver unmatched user engagement and advertising experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile methodologies within the team and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework.
- Mentor team members throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality frontend code.
- Partner with Backend, Mobile, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Participate in Frontend Chapter meetings, sharing knowledge and developing best practices.
- Define comprehensive test cases and support both automated and manual testing.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and improve overall architecture.
- Work with CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to improve team efficiency.
- Produce comprehensive documentation for development processes and code changes.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on Frontend development.
- Familiarity with major JavaScript frameworks; experience with React JS is preferred.
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript features, including ES2023 updates and asynchronous programming.
- Practical knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Agile practices, including TDD and Continuous Integration/Delivery.
- Expertise in optimizing web performance and Web Vitals for efficient web applications.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices for creating inclusive applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with Next.js 15 is a plus.
