Senior Engineer - Full Stack

The company is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in developing an end-to-end AI-powered data processing and analytics platform for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build distributed backend services and rich UI components that transform raw enterprise data into clean, normalized, governed, and ML/AI-enriched data products.
• Contribute to high-performance classical BI analytics and modern data engineering workflows.
• Work on data profiling and quality, data governance, ETL pipelines, data warehouse capabilities, dashboards, spatial and geospatial analysis, and entity-centric analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of basic algorithms.
• 5+ years of experience in Java and Python for building backend services and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of experience with modern frontends utilizing React and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed fault-tolerant services.
• Familiarity with programming principles (SOLID) and a basic understanding of SQL.
• Good to have:
  • Data engineering experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or MS Fabric.
  • Exposure to Clickhouse for OLAP/DWH workloads.
  • Experience with big data processing using Spark, Trino, Flink, Kafka, etc.
  • Practical experience with unstructured data processing using modern models (e.g., OCR, STT, NER).
  • Implementing complex analytics with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) or building custom solutions.
  • Interest in AI models and Python notebooks.
