As a Senior Engineer, you will:

Supervise key technical domains including:
- Modeling & Simulation
- Guidance & Control Algorithms
- Tracking Systems
- Estimation & Optimization Filters
- Software Development (SIL/PIL)
- Lab Testing & HIL Performance Verification
- Mission Planning & Flight Testing
Mentor engineers across Junior, Engineer I, and Engineer II levels
Execute flight test operations: pre-flight prep, live testing, and post-flight analysis
Support capability establishment by developing infrastructure, tools, and labs
Contribute technical expertise to principal engineers and strategic projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
6–10 years of experience in guided weapon systems or equivalent high-tech domains
Proven expertise in engineering tools and algorithm development for guidance and control
Deep understanding of system engineering and defense-grade technology implementation
