Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• Leadership and management certifications.

Experience:

• 4-5 years in the Telecom industry, focusing on Telecom Services Performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of all telecom domains.
• Advanced grasp of contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and execution monitoring & reporting.
• Proven experience in managing support contracts execution.

Skills:

• Ability to lead large transformation projects and teams.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Proven track record in vendor management and governance.
• Effective management skills in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
