As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing game functionality, building the game code, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. You may also be required to build patches and install game updates.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strategy and development pipelines
- Create High-Level Designs (HLD) and implement game functionality
- Design and build game codes
- Identify and fix code errors and game bottlenecks
- Test game functionality and theme dynamics
- Ensure products conform to high industry standards
- Design and build game patches and upgrades
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and Product Owners to identify short-term and long-term tasks
- Review implementations for alignment with coding guidelines and architecture
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Unity developer
- In-depth knowledge of Unity software and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, organized scene hierarchy)
- Extensive experience with mobile game development
- Good communication skills
- Experience with memory and space optimization
- Knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
