ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - Microwave Design for the company to lead the design, development, integration, and validation of advanced microwave and RF subsystems for radar and military applications. The role involves high-frequency circuit design, electromagnetic simulation, RF performance analysis, subsystem integration, and qualification testing. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and development of microwave circuits, RF front-ends, and high-frequency subsystems for radar and defence applications.
- Perform electromagnetic modelling, RF simulation, performance analysis, and design optimization to meet system requirements.
- Plan and execute RF testing, subsystem integration, troubleshooting, verification, and qualification activities.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers to ensure engineering excellence and project success.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in RF, microwave, radar, or high-frequency system engineering.
- Strong expertise in microwave subsystem design, including RF front-ends, amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators, and frequency synthesizers.
- Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as ADS, CST/HFSS, AWR, MATLAB, and C/C++.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in defence, aerospace, airborne radar, electronic warfare, or military communication systems.
- Prior experience leading technical teams, engineering reviews, integration activities, and qualification programs.
