Responsibilities: - Lead project engineers in executing assigned projects in accordance with tender specifications and client delivery dates. - Maintain project margins and claim for any project variations as required. - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Complete projects on or above tender margins. - Obtain purchase orders and approximate delivery dates. - Review latest total cost sheets, quotations, specifications, and drawings. - Coordinate with the sales engineer on any discrepancies. - Introduce yourself to clients and request relevant information. - Handover inputs from clients to the CADD manager for initial drawings and final as-built drawings. - Assign and ensure the accuracy of duties performed by subordinates before production release. - Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies while on site.
Qualifications and Skills: - Graduate in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 7 years of project management experience. - Advanced computer skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, result-oriented, organized, and time-bound personality traits.
Language Requirements: - Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
