Senior Engineer, Projects QA&QC

The Senior Engineer for Projects QA&QC is responsible for developing and implementing Quality Management requirements on assigned projects. This role ensures that project quality systems comply with ISO 9000 series and company policies, achieving compliance with agreements, technical integrity, and suitability in overall engineering, materials, equipment, and constructions.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and develops quality-specific requirements to be assured by contractors and PMC during design, development, construction, and commissioning, preventing non-conformity at all project stages.
• Monitors the implementation of QA/QC activities throughout project phases to initiate preventive actions and apply effective control.
• Participates in developing company strategy related to vendor and field inspection, ensuring that the quality of critical equipment and materials meets company acceptance criteria.
• Plans, supervises, and coordinates all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
• Trains and develops assigned staff on relevant skills to enhance proficiency and help achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Civil or equivalent Engineering Discipline.
• 6 years of experience, including experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC).
• Ability to comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, and applicable legislation in line with international standards and the company Code of Practices.
