Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess application potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing systems.
- Develop application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications shared by the Product/Solution/Technology teams.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions.
- Perform system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing for new products and solutions.
- Assess application security controls and ensure adherence to data integrity standards.
- Improve existing application performance by reviewing project objectives, testing the viability of recommended changes, and proposing necessary modifications.
- Maintain a record of changes made across applications and develop bug reports for user reference.
- Prepare reference documents outlining operating instructions and procedures.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, and Governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing software quality assurance and testing.
- At least 3 years of experience in testing within a product development organization or analytics industry.
- Familiarity with web application testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, and Cypress.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, and QC.
- Programming skills in CoreJava, Python, or JavaScript are a plus.
- Experience with big data and AI products including data quality, mapping, cleaning, and SQL jobs is desirable.
- Knowledge of tech-ops including Kubernetes, Docker, shell, and cloud services is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience with Agile development methodologies in an AI service organization or analytics industry.
