Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer – Quality Assurance, your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and assessing application potential by testing the compatibility of new programs with existing systems
- Developing application test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications
- Conducting quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions
- Conducting system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing for new products
- Assessing application security controls and ensuring adherence to data integrity standards
- Improving existing application performance by reviewing project objectives and proposing necessary modifications
- Maintaining a record of all changes and modifications made across applications and developing bug reports
- Preparing reference documents and guides for users, outlining operating instructions and procedures
- Complying with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) and related organizational policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing software quality assurance and testing
- Experience in testing in a product development organization or analytics industry
- Familiarity with web application testing tools/frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, Robot, Selenium, Cypress
- Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, QC
- Programming ability in CoreJava, Python, or JavaScript is a plus
- Experience with big data and AI products (data quality, data mapping, SQL jobs, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of tech-ops (Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services) is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile development methodologies
