Senior Engineer, Reliability

About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective Reliability Management Systems and guidance for Reliability Centred Maintenance activities. The position involves carrying out detailed analysis of equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to ensure that Reliability Processes are established and maintained across the organization.

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Develop and implement a Reliability Management System to ensure a structured, consistent, multi-discipline approach to reliability and integrity improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analysis to optimize equipment and system maintenance strategies.
• Introduce Root Cause Analysis techniques and facilitate equipment failure investigations.
• Establish a Reliability, Availability, Integrity threats database on the common shared server.
• Develop reliability, availability, and integrity improvement plans in conjunction with Section Heads in the Maintenance Group and the Maintenance Section Heads.
• Participate in the development of engineering and technical solutions to enhance the reliability performance of systems and equipment.
• Identify chronic occurrences of equipment failure modes and components, suggesting economical long-term solutions.
• Provide guidelines for carrying out Root Cause Analysis methodology and software, tracking and implementing recommendations.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Manage revenues/budget as per approved financial budget.
• Direct and indirect reports as outlined in the organization chart.

Professional Certifications

• Relevant certifications as applicable.
